What your access fee covers
One payment opens all listing photos, video tours, exact addresses, maps and direct landlord contacts for 30 days. It also opens internal landlord chat and Split Buddies messaging. Landlords can reply to property enquiries for free. It is not rent, a holding deposit, or a guarantee that a house will be secured.
What happens when I find a house?
“I Got A House” ends your access immediately. Otherwise it expires after 30 days. There is no automatic renewal. You can pay again to begin another search.
Can landlords publish immediately?
No. Email, phone, NIN and ownership evidence must be reviewed, and every house requires a separate admin review. Availability can change; confirm with the landlord before travelling.
