Search access

The displayed one-time fee provides access for 30 days from payment or until you select “I Got A House”, whichever comes first. It does not automatically renew. It excludes rent and any charges agreed separately with the landlord. No agent or inspection fee is charged by this platform.

Verification and safety

Review badges reflect checks performed on the stated date, not an unconditional guarantee. Confirm the house, landlord and tenancy terms in person before paying rent. Do not post false information or third-party personal details.

Report misleading listings. Fraudulent listings and abusive accounts may be removed. Contact for payment or account support. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
